There is an 18-hole championship golf course at Mullet Bay Resort, which stretches along the shores of Mullet Pond and Simpson Bay Lagoon.

All the large hotels have tennis courts, many of which are lit for night play, but check availability.
Running
Organized by the Road Runners Club, St Maarten, with a fun run of 5-10 kilometres every Wednesday at 1730 and Sunday at 1830, starting from the Pelican Resort & Casino car park. On Sunday at 0700 there are two 20 kilometres runs. There are monthly races with prizes and an annual relay race around the island to relive the legendary race between the Dutch and the French when they divided the island. Horse Riding
Crazy Acres Riding Centre takes groups horseriding every weekday morning at 0900 from the Wathey Estate, Cole Bay, to Cay Bay, where horses and riders can swim, T42793. Make reservations two days in advance. Beach riding is also available on the French side.
