Places to Eat - Grand Turk

The best restaurants & bars are at the hotels. The Poop Deck at front street grand turk is a tiny bar. Set back from the road in the center of town by the sea, local food and hamburgers at lunchtime, amazing fried chicken, carry-out only and chips in the evenings. Regal Begal- a native conch specialties; serves local food, on the road north of town on the west side of North Creek, a favorite lunch place.


The outdoor Salt Raker Inn is recommended for good food and pleasant company with various breakfast, lunch & dinner menu. It is a popular meeting place and fills up on Wed and Sun barbecue nights when Mitch, from Blue Water Divers, plays the guitar and sings. For local food and lunch specials such as seafood, steak and chicken, Island and American style try Touch of Classat airport Road, Tel: +649 946-2071 on the road south out of town, a/c, TV, bar, filling, tasty portions. The Turks Head Inn is a gathering place with a friendly bar and good food. Continental and Island cuisine. Guitar and piano in the pub. Water’s Edge; with dishes like "conch burgers" and curried conch platters, but also offers sandwiches, pizzas, and chicken and fish dishes. Tel: +1 649.941.5043, Fax: +1 649.946.4939 is run by Dave and Jan and offers a very cheerful, informal atmosphere for lunch and dinner with ample portions served and a reasonably-priced menu, lots of conch. Mitch entertains here on Saturday. Scooter rental available. Peanut’s snack bar at the airport. Hot snacks, peanuts and drinks.
